RETURNS

Full price merchandise that is unworn, unused, and unaltered is eligible for exchange or store credit. All items returned must have original tags and packaging. Returns must be sent within ten (10) days of delivery confirmation.  Store credit is valid for one (1) year after original purchase date. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@mangoparade.com for a Return Authorization Code (RAC).  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We have the right to refuse any return packages without a RAC and prior communication regarding your return. We have the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
